Offseason Training
After an up & down injury based season this past spring, I am dedicating myself to getting healthier and stronger. Im currently in my second cycle of training and it is a challenge for me because i've never trained on a daily consistent basis over the summer because of either school or work. But thanks to my fellow friend and great high jumper Cedric Norman, I am on track to improve tremendously in strength and power and also stay healthy. We drew up an offseason workout that consist of A LOT of plyos and weight training, basically squats, leg extentsions, leg curls and core workouts, as well as some upper body. So far its going good and I can see tremendous improvements, my strength and power is better than it has ever been. Ill be keeping you guys posted on my training as well as other things. UNtil did ill HOLLA!!
